Yes, all Eagle Claw rods and reels come with a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your gear fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it.
What is your return policy for unused tackle?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on hooks or terminal tackle that have been removed from their protective casing.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
